Developed in collaboration with a leading local research institute, our truffle-inoculated oaks, hazels and pines are grown and tested to ensure the highest quality. 

Most of our current crop has already been allocated, however we are taking expressions of interest for the remaining 2027 supply. To discuss availability, please contact truffles@southernwoods.co.nz.
