At Southern Woods, we stand by the quality of all products sold. We endeavour to pack plants in such a way that they do not get damaged in transit, but acknowledge that from time to time transit damage does occur.
Customers that are unhappy with a plant or product delivered to them, may return the product to Southern Woods, so long as Southern Woods has been notified within 7 days of delivery.
The Customer will firstly be offered a replacement product, and if this is unavailable or unacceptable to the customer, then a full refund for the unsatisfactory product will be issued within 5 working days. The refund shall be for the cost of the plant or product and any associated freight charges. A refund will not be provided for any items not returned to Southern Woods.
The 7 day free return policy does not cover:
• Where the customer has changed his/her mind.
• Where the plant or product is damaged after delivery.
• Where the customer has not advised Southern Woods within 7 days of delivery of the unacceptable nature of the goods received.
