The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
The Vendor may provide the Customer’s personal information to Centrix Group Limited (or other credit reporting agencies) for the purposes of conducting credit checks and ongoing credit monitoring.
Centrix may collect, use, and disclose the Customer’s personal and credit information in accordance with its Privacy Statement.
The Customer authorises the Vendor to obtain credit information about them from Centrix for the purpose of assessing and reviewing creditworthiness.
The Customer has the right to access and request correction of their personal and credit information held by Centrix.
