Persimmon ‘Fuyu’ is the most widely grown non-astringent persimmon, producing sweet, bright orange fruit that can be enjoyed while still crisp. The tomato-shaped fruit ripens in late autumn and is valued for its mild flavour and reliable crops.
A vigorous, medium-sized deciduous tree that becomes increasingly productive with age. Ripens slightly later than ‘Matsumoto Wase Fuyu‘
