Imperata cylindrica ‘Red Baron’

A deciduous, rhizomatous perennial grass, with flat linear leaves which are brightly coloured red and orange, down to a bright green at the base. An unusual and dramatic grass, slowly forming a low clump from spring to late summer. Part shade to full sun. Hardy.
