A variegated cultivar with a more compact habit than Calamgrostis x acutiflora ‘Karl Foerster’. This upright grass remains attractive for months on end. Soft dusky purple plumes appear in summer, maturing into stiff grey-pink coloured spikes which last into winter. Hardy.
