Brachyglottis monroi
A bushy, evergreen shrub native to the Marlborough and north Canterbury region. The leaves are spear-shaped, olive green above and white below with crenate, wavy edges. Attractive bright yellow flowers in summer. Tolerant of hot sun, poor soils and wind. Needs good drainage.
