Salvia nemorosa ‘Salvatore Blue’

A compact perennial that brings plenty of colour to the summer garden, with masses of rich purple-blue flower spikes held above neat green foliage. It has a tidy, well-branched habit and flowers for a long stretch through summer. Give it a light trim after flowering and it can reward you with a second flush. Best in full sun and free-draining soil. Dies back over winter and returns in spring.
