Double worked pear, two varieties on one tree. Taylors Gold is Russeted Comice pear with sensational flavour while Packham's Triumph has large green fruit in mid-season and is a good keeper. Packham's Triumph ripens in April followed by Taylor's Gold in April/May. Keep pruned to balance the vigour of both varieties.
