Diamond Harbour

With a modern self-designed house, Client has expressed his preference towards natives that will tie in nicely with the house, blending the interiors and exteriors seamlessly. Located on a slope, a key feature planter in front of the front entrance has proven to be tricky to work with! A beautiful pohutukawa takes centre stage with groups of lancewoods flanking its sides. Smaller shrubs, grasses and groundcovers are interwoven together, showcasing textures, colors and movement.

At the backyard, a lovely water race runs along the boundary, bordered with a melody of different grasses, lending movement and liveliness to the area. An existing native border benefits from additions to complete its lovely coastal palette.
