Jo Burson - A Biography

Jo has been production manager of Southern Woods for over 10 years. Her position means that she is ultimately responsible for the successful propagation of the crop, from either cuttings or seed. Jo loves a challenge, and embraces the new species and varieties that are introduced to the nursery each year.

Jo is passionate about running, biking, swimming and tramping, and is usually the one responsible for booking group tramps for the Southern Woods staff. She has two sons, aged 23 and 27, both now left home. She loves to potter in her own garden too.
